At The Fold Collection, every order is thoughtfully made and packed by hand in our Cape Town studio. We want you to receive your pieces as quickly (and beautifully) as possible, so here’s everything you need to know about shipping:
Processing Time
In our commitment to sustainability to reduce waste, all items are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

International Orders
We offer worldwide shipping. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by your country’s customs office are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@thefoldcollection.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Sustainability
To reduce waste, all pieces are made to order and shipped in recyclable packaging. We kindly ask that you recycle or reuse our packaging where possible.
