If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us at orders@thefoldcollection.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item
Once reviewed, we’ll either:

Issue a replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or

Offer a full refund to your original payment method, or
- Exchange the item to a different item (subject to availability)
Please note:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund

We cannot be held responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
- Postage or courier fees are charged to the customer for returns
International orders:
We don't offer returns or exchanges for international orders at this stage, if there is something wrong with your order we will review and offer a refund if applicable.
